Shipping
Our business is closed for the Christmas and New Year holiday. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped after we return on Thursday, January 2.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, except for items on back order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If there is an issue with your order due to inaccurate payment and/or incomplete shipping information, your order will be delayed until we are able to get in touch with you.
Orders placed before 12 pm EST are generally shipped within the same day. Orders received after 12 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of your order, destination address and shipping method. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout by entering your shipping address and will be updated if you change your cart contents.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship via USPS. We use FedEx to ship heavier items. We ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and PO Boxes except for items that need to be shipped via FedEx. Only expedited service is available for Alaska, Hawaii and US territory shipping addresses. Please choose the correct shipping service to prevent delays with your order. The following are estimated shipping times:
Standard Shipping - 2 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping - 2 to 5 business days
Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that shipping times vary by destination. If your package is delayed, please check with the delivery carrier using the tracking number that was provided in the shipping confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by inclement weather and delivery carrier service interruptions.
UNRECEIVED PACKAGES
Once the package has been given to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will contact you if packages are returned to us with an undeliverable address. Please double check the shipping address is correct and complete after entering the information during checkout. We will do our best to help you locate your package as each order will have a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At the moment, we do not ship to international addresses. We do ship to third party forwarders with US shipping addresses. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when using third party shipping services.
